Powerful Impact
For years I have enjoyed giving of myself to my community. My appreciation of marriage as the most important action that husband and wife take together, led me to study about and teach others how to live a conscious married life. I didn’t realize how rewarding it would be to impact on over two hundred married couples, and conduct more than 1200 face to face sessions with newlyweds and married individuals. What a privilege it’s been to me to have put couples on the cutting edge of creating authentic, great relationships that endure life’s challenges.

Building Expertise on Life Experience
As a teacher of children and adults, parents and spouses would counsel with me. I’ve seen first-hand that it is in the family that we learn to love and be loved, respect and be respected. Since the family starts with parents, one of the finest gifts that parents can give is to first love and support one another, and then include their children.
From my corporate experience as co-owner of The Toronto School of Business Newmarket Campus and Director of Pre-employment Education, I understand the importance of “Matching Needs Now”, be it employer or spousal needs.
I decided to train as a Life Coach and integrate my teaching career and background in Psychology. With certification from Coach Training Alliance, I first began coaching as a generalist. Before too long, I was sought out to help newly weds and married couples create strategies, for living and loving, building and deepening their marital connection, throughout defined stages of their marriage. Now, I’ve made marriage coaching my specialty, and newlyweds and married individuals my niche.

Helping Couples Help Themselves
In my previous roles I facilitated learning. I taught children and adults to be self aware and to set goals for their highest personal achievement. I spurred them on to self actualize, without losing sight of their impact on each other. Spouses too, journey through stages of relationship: “one-ness”, symbiosis as they move from me to us, self and mutual growth, and intimate independence. Now I am the objective coach, helping clients to help themselves create continual love and growth in their relationship. The ultimate goal is to become a fully sensitive and respectful unit.
I presently practice in Toronto as a local and international certified Life Coach, facilitator, lecturer and writer. As a Relational Coach, I help newlyweds and married individuals build and deepen their marital connection.

My Personal Credentials
I was born and educated in New York City at Hunter College and Rika Breuer Teachers Seminary, where my studies in Psychology and Education earned me two Teaching Degrees.
I taught pre-marriage education classes for more than two decades through Meginei Channah of Toronto. In 2004, I became a certified Life Coach through Coach Training Alliance.
